01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the fk777 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the fk777 Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fk777 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the fk777 Platform, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus features. 03 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.3 KYC Verification

fk777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the fk777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fk777 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your fk777 Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. fk777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fk777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify fk777 support immediately.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your fk777 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fk777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at fk777's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the fk777 Platform is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. fk777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. fk777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• fk777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by fk777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. fk777 reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions at any time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

fk777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all associated winnings voided, and may be permanently banned from the fk777 Platform.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your Account Balance. fk777 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was credited.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generators

All fk777 casino games — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by fk777 or any third party.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on the fk777 Platform are streamed from regulated studios. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time. fk777 does not control or influence live dealer game outcomes.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, fk777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. fk777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

7.4 Disputed Game Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify fk777 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. fk777 will investigate the dispute using server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. fk777's decision following investigation shall be final and binding.

08 Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on the fk777 Platform are subject to acceptance by fk777. fk777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement, or where fk777 suspects irregular betting activity.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the fk777 sports betting section are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted and recorded in the system. fk777 covers a wide range of markets including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and major football leagues.

8.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed (as defined by the applicable sport's governing body), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. Exceptions may apply to specific markets where a result has already been determined prior to cancellation.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. fk777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Players are responsible for ensuring their bets have been accepted before assuming a position is open.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fk777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent ban:

1. Registering more than one Account on the fk777 Platform.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
6. Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
7. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the fk777 Platform.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward fk777 staff or other Players.
10. Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

fk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if fk777 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The Player's Account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory investigation.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to fk777, other Players, or third parties.

Upon Account termination for cause, fk777 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all termination scenarios.

11 Responsible Gaming

fk777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fk777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any fk777 content without prior written authorization from fk777.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fk777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fk777 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

fk777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fk777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fk777 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform's content for any particular purpose.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

fk777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fk777 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fk777 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or account transactions, fk777's internal dispute resolution process (as described in Section 7.4) must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

16 Amendments to These Terms

fk777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fk777 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the fk777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
